I am not Jewish but I have owned a gun for 57 years only came close to shooting one person one time. He came running down my driveway at 10 PM tried to get in my garage and my closed it and then he came to my back screen door.He said he wanted $10 to buy gas and was looking for my neighbor so I directed him to my neighbor who is a retired police Chief. He told to leave and never come back. His wife had taught him in school.
So my loaded gun didn’t fire a shot.
But I have a sign on my gate now. That says the Quickest Way to Meet the Lord is Prayer
Trespassing is Faster with a picture of a Hand gun.
When seconds count, the police are minutes away. One’s safety is their individual responsibility. I carry a gun because the price of regret is too high. Better to be prepared and carry a gun and not need it than need it and not have it. That and train, train and train so should you need to use your weapon, you can maximize your effectiveness.
Never in my life did I think the day would ever come when I would hit the “like” button on a pro-firearms post.
But then a lot of things have come to pass since October that I never thought would pass in my life.
Hey Dave, I never thought I would write one, but here we are!
Thank you for your support and for joining Maccabee Nation!
I got mine.
I think everyone should own a firearm and train with it. But that’s just me.
Everyone sane, responsible, and disciplined….

Everything you said is true. And the cliché “it’s better to have a gun and not need it, then need a gun and not have it“ is 100% correct.
Not just the Jews…………….
